Days of Vinyl started as a duo that today now can scale up to 3, 4, or 5-Piece configuration. Professional, easy to work with, and fun, DOV has been entertaining clients in the MD/DC/PA region for over 15 years!
DOV 5 is our full band option. If you have a small venue or a full band is outside your budget, our DOV Duo, 3-piece, or 4-piece option can bring you the same powerful sound and music in a smaller and more affordable package.

In late 2007, Mike's parents were having a wedding vow renewal ceremony at their house. Mike was going to play some tunes off his keyboard and laptop. But in order to do it right, he felt he needed a bigger sound, and some vocal harmony. So, he asked Wayne to join him. It took one rehearsal together to play a great set, and it impressed the crowd. So much so that one of the people in attendance wanted them to play an event they were planning. And thus, Days of Vinyl was born.
In 2023, Rosanne Zuk joined DOV to create "DOV 3", adding new depth and a dynamite new vocal sound to the group with big harmonies and a whole new repetoire of pop music that she brings to the table.
Then in 2024 bassist Mike Kellam and drummer Andrew Schwartz joined and the Day of Vinyl now had "DOV 5", a full 5-piece band that had the same energy and power that is the trademark of DOV, with incredible musicians.
At the beginning, DOV was more of a "niche" band, catering to what you would find on actual vinyl records; mostly the 40's through the 80's. But as time has gone on, and the band is in demand for Weddings, Mitzvah parties, and events with wider age ranges, their repertoire has greatly expanded into music as recent as this past decade. Now DOV plays all over Maryland, Pennsylvania, DC, and Virginia!
