Michael has been playing bass since high school. A graduate of Towson University, he started as a music major at Howard University in D.C. playing Bass and Trumpet before transferring to Towson.

He has been playing in and around Baltimore for more than 30 years for various R&B and pop bands and as a pit musician at local theatres.
